Sacrifice is a symbol of severing spiritual and financial attachments, which causes piety of the heart and purity of the soul. Allah Almighty says: (When you sacrifice, what belongs to God is your piety, not the flesh and skin of the sacrifice) (Hajj, verse 37)
With the grace of the Almighty God and the help of generous benefactors, the Ashraf Al-Anbia charity organization (PBUH) succeeded in sacrificing 290 sheep and distributing 4.2 tons (four thousand two hundred kilograms) of fresh mutton among orphans and underprivileged families in 1401.
It should be mentioned that with the funds received from the offerings of sacrifices and aqeeqah, sheep are purchased from authorized livestock farms at a reasonable price and in the period of 20th to 25th of the month or on special days in the industrial slaughterhouse and other sanitary slaughterhouses approved by Ashraf Al-Anbia charity. (PBUH) is slaughtered in compliance with all Shari'a norms and customs and hygiene principles and is kept in completely hygienic packaging with a special label in the charity cold room and is delivered by Ashraf Al-Anbia's (PBUH) charity work unit in the minimum time and according to the specified quota. Families of orphans and underprivileged are supported by Ashraf al-Anbia charity.
