On April 15, 2025, the Ashraf al-Anbiya (PBUH) Charity Institution paid 2.5 billion rials of its commitments to continue the construction of five housing units for rural orphans in Semnan province.

This lasting charitable project in the Semnan province, particularly in the Shahroud and Bastam counties, has reached 58% progress in its construction and execution stages, with the support of both individual and corporate donors and in cooperation with the Aftab Oil Refining Company. Housing not only meets material needs but also fills hearts with a sense of belonging and gratitude.
