A quarter of century has passed from the time that delegates of members in UN with a single voice chose October 17 to commemorate global poverty. But after these years the extension of poverty show its ugly face wherever in the world without an ending at near sight.
Declarations have been declared, statements have been made, yet poverty grow its roots stronger than ever in the body of humanity.
Economic poverty, social poverty, and cultural poverty are all aspects of a multi-dimensional phenomenon which cannot be addressed partially.
We strongly believe that human qualities are incompatible with shame of poverty.
We believe that the most ghastly effect of poverty is that it kills the human hope.
We believe that eradication of poverty is a duty, not a dream.
We believe that we can make a change.
But…
There will be a time without poverty, neither a poor, nor an ignorance toward human misery.
When our savior comes, the poverty will not dare to exist; far than our wishes.
